Download UFSOI-7.5/Spice3

Download the tar file UFSOI.tar.gz (~8.9MB), which you have to decompress (gunzip UFSOI.tar.gz) and untar (tar xvf UFSOI.tar). The resulting directory includes the API files, SPICE3e2 glue code, and the complete SPICE3/UFSOI directory structure, as well as documentation, circuit simulation examples, and the UF COPYRIGHT. Follow the directions in README to rebuild SPICE3/UFSOI on your system. If you want to implement the UFSOI API files in another circuit simulator, you will have to write the appropriate glue code. See the Type-I interface documentation for guidance.
